Purchase of a week for a minimum of 10 years for $10,000.00 with increments of $1,500.00 per additional years, to a maximum of 15 years or $17,500.00.  The current rental cost of the unit is $275.00 per night on season and $200.00 off season. The time share the owner can rent, swap or sell the time share (with a buy back provision at purchase price for the balance of the contract period). This is registered through a real estate deed.

The time share cost of the week for a 10 year period is equivalent to $142.00 per night with a pre-paid and fixed cost for the duration of the contract.
